Our Surgeon

Jan M. Eckermann, MD, FAANS is a board certified neurosurgeon with over 10 years of experience in managing complex neurosurgical patients.

Dr. Eckermann has performed many neurosurgical procedures treating varying disease of the brain and spine.

One focus of his practice is surgical management of chronic low back and leg pain. Dr. Eckermann is a national expert in neuromodulation and he regularly teaches seminars and hands-on courses on the subject of spinal cord stimulation. He continues to push for innovations that make procedures more efficient and safer; he holds over 20+ patents for neurosurgical devices.
